Q:Is there any software to install?
A:No. Blueprint is a web based application so there is no software to install and your account can be accessed anywhere you have access to the Internet.
Q:I have all my contact information in an Excel spreadsheet. Can I import that data into my Blueprint account?
A:Yes. There is a step-by-step import wizard that will walk you through the process. If you need help we will be happy to walk you through the process.
Q:Can I access my Blueprint account from my mobile phone?
A:Yes. Blueprint can be accessed from any mobile web device including browser enabled phones.
Q:Is my data secure?
A:Yes. Blueprint is hosted on state of the art servers at our secure facility. Your data is backed up nightly and you have the option to turn on 128-bit SSL encryption.
Q:How do I start using Blueprint?
A:When you sign up for your account you establish a user name and password that will provide access to the website.
Q:How do I pay for Blueprint?
A:Your credit card will be charged monthly.
Q:Can I cancel at any time?
A:Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. There are no long-term contracts.

Q:Can I use Blueprint on my Mac?
A:Yes. Blueprint can be used on Macs and PCs. The only technical requirement is an Internet connection.
Q:Do I need an ID for everyone at my company?
A:That is up to you. You can share IDs but to get the most out of the product each user should have their own unique access.
Q:How often is Blueprint upgraded?
A:Our development team is constantly working on new and improved features. Because Blueprint is web based, all upgrades are instantly available to all of our customers as soon as we release them.
